Alberta
W. Curtis Minters believes that everyone is special in the eyesight
of God, and that He has a perfect plan for all of His children. She also
believes that He gives each of us talents that can be used to spread
sunshine into the lives of others. Through this ministry, she strives to
publish the positive—to proclaim that God is good and is concerned about
every area of our lives!
Alberta, who is also a church organist and retired public school art
teacher, assumed the responsibility of editing her first newsletter in
1974 while serving as pianist for concert and recording artists, the
Gospel Union of Chesapeake. The monthly publication was called THE
GOSPEL UNION-GRAM, and it highlighted the group’s schedule of events and
featured a different member of the group each month. It also included
words of inspiration, poetry, and a birthday/anniversary calendar. The
final issue of this newsletter was published in July 1980, and the
following month, GRAMS of FAITH made its debut.
